View Full Version : 184 BHP Suzi Naked Bike
Not my cup of tea. I'd rather have a M109R given that class of bike. But wowee how do you not get speeding tickets with that?

When i first noticed the crotchrockets at an early age. I had some kind of distain for them, or the riders or something. As i ride more i wish more and more i had one of the demons in my garage. Their power is the quick fix of adrenaline most of us riders crave. Doesn't look real comfy but i'll bet it'll fly... J.R.

...I had a friend who owned a 1975 Kawasaki Z1-B with enhancements that allowed for 130hp. at the rear wheel.
That bike was a monster and a killer if not handled right (also naked). I lived in Seattle and did 147mph. near Boeing Field on Interstate 5. Quite exhilarating! and damn stupid (I was 19 remember).
Anyway, I can't imagine a 180 + hp naked bike with F.I. as the Z1 was carbed. That has to be the ultimate monster!!!!

I like you would love to have one for my alter ego:twisted:
Someday I may get one to compliment my evil sadistic side:mrgreen:
And we think the indicators on Stroms are silly?
Suzuki have upped the silliness with that one lets just hope it's not a styling que for the next Strom :(

I freakin love it guys, it looks like a cross between an MZ and a Aprillia. Zuk stuck their neck out on this one, and I bet it will be a big hit should it actually come out. That inline 6 bike looks sweet too!!!!

I was talking with a buddy the other day, dreaming about bikes and we decided that we should each have a strom, a cruiser and a sport. I then spent who knows how much time digging through every manufacturer I could find on the net (aprilla, guzzi, buell, etc) looking for something that grabbed me from the "sport" side. I was setteling in on the KTM super duke, but not entirely sold... When I saw this post yesterday I litterly started drooling. I LOVE the way it looks. Pretty sure this would be a quick way to get myself in trouble, but I don't know that you would have to use all 184 all the time.
I found a bit more info on the zuk UK site (http://www.suzuki-gb.co.uk/bikes/detail.php?ref=bking&y=k7), but no pricing. If anyone finds more info please post.
Here is a link to the "microsite" also http://www.suzukibking.co.uk/
Have never "chased" a new bike before, so how does this work. Do they run it in Europe for a few years then bring it here to the states? Can you buy and ship it over?
I am obsessed...

The new hayabusa looks good too... 10% more output this year. Also, they were smart to add a 3 pos. "power" switch to the bike. It would be nice to not have to worry about controlling all that HP if you didn't want to.
The US site now shows the BK and a few of the "new" 08 models. I can't believe they are taking the M109R idea and turning it into another fake HD.
