Heading to Laconia via Maine on Sunday

Hey folks,
Just seeing if any New Englanders are heading to the Bike Fest on Sunday...I start vacation and found a group of guys heading to Laconia, but not fellow V-Strommers. If anybody wants to hook up (whether you have a V-strom or not)...let me know on this post and we can trade #'s...
I do know that we would be leaving from Standish, ME (Two Trails) in the A.M.
I don't have a departure time yet, but should have one soon.

Looks like I'm postponing my ride to Monday. Gotta mess around the house and do some finish work.

Not planning on going to Laconia, but came down from Northeast Harbor in Maine this morning. Nice there the past couple of days. I had half a day of work and the rest of the time free.

In Bar Harbor, I met a guy wearing textile atgatt and carrying an Arai. We spoke for a bit, seems he bought his bike (K1200GT) a few days ago in Portsmouth, NH, is riding around New England for 6 days and then having the bike shipped to San Diego where he lives. He was planning on going north and I gave him some suggestions on places to visit.

Hmmmm, as I think about it, I do have a service call in Melvin Village (north of Wolfeboro, NH) this coming week. It's more likely, I'll avoid Laconia than go there, but we'll see.

Looks like I may go for a ride on Monday. If you are around, give me an email (micdunnah@aol.com) and I'll try to hook up with ya. There's some great riding from where I live to the bike fest.
I will also be going for a ride on Thursday, so if Monday is a no-go, you can hook up with us on Thursday. I believe my ride goes thru Wolfboro, also.
