hi any uk riders done the vacum pipe trick to sort out running problems as mentioned in other pages im in sussex and thinking of trying but little nervy about chopping bits out of my bike any comments will be very handy

You don't chop any bits out of your bike. There are vacuum nipples on the throttle bodies with little rubber caps on them. Remove one from each throttle body and attach your vacuum hoses. It's that simple.

hi thanks for reply if you look in general issues youl see i asked tre,s do they work re surging and cut out backfires got posted back a way of stopping this which was to link both pots and exhaust (iaps)vacum pipes by way off T ing togethr stuff like this should be done by dealer ? cheers neil
