What are the top 5 problems DL650 owners complain about? And how resolvable are they ($ and time)?

1. Wind buffeting (sure, there's possibility to adjust original windscreen but none of the positions seem to work properly...)
- Cure: LaminarLip, CeeBailey's, MRA etc. aftermarket screens, bushings to change the angle of the screen
2. Seat (a bit too short distance between pegs & seat, padding also thin for IronButt)
- Cure: DL1000 seat, aftermarket seat, reupholstering the original
3. Rider not being able to flatfoot the bike (o.t.o.h. I'm 175cm and no problems at all - with riding, not flatfooting that is - even with raising links & DL1000 seat)
- Cure: "get used to it", longer dogbones, buy a cruiser
4. Lack of engine protection (oil filter & cooler being vulnerable)
- Cure: SW-Motech skid plate (I'll be waiting for something lighter, though... not actually a problem even on gravel roads as long as you have ExtendaFenda to direct the gravel shower out of the engine)
5. Not being able to choose the fastest colour
- Cure: Black. Buy a black one...
Couldn't come up with 5.
Problems..at least for me.
1. Not enough ground clearance.
2. Suspension needs more travel.
3. Handle bars have too much pullback.
Cures.
1. Raise bike up with better suspension. Still working at this.
2. See above.
3. Changed handle bars to Magura X Line aluminum.
Windshield is OK for me in 3rd position. Maybe I'll try a Givi to compare.
Seat is OK for me. I've put in some 500 mile days no worries.
I'm 5'9", 31" inseam or approx. 173 cm, 78 cm inseam and I can flatfoot no worries.
I added SW Motech centerstand, crash bars and skidplate. Skidplate and centerstand lower ground clearance even more. :(
I know for sure that the fastest color is pink, but they don't offer it in pink.
