Had a close up look at the new Ford Mustang today, man this has gotta be one of the best throwback designs to come out in a long time. All it needs is window louvres and spoilers and it's 1969 again. Hmmmmmm? wonder if my old Purple Hornie headers would still fit.

Wonder how she runs. Years ago my sister had a 429 Cobra Jet...Man, what a car! Wonder if the new one has a pair to keep up with the original.

0-60 mph 5.2 s
1/4 Mile 13.9 s @ 104 mph
Top Speed 150 mph (est.)
These #'s aren't bad but with a little tuning I am sure it will go alot quicker. It will also handle (obviousely) alot better than the old one. 8) They look better going down the road than just sitting there also

I saw a GT at the dealer a couple nights ago, man that is a nice looking car, much better in person than in the mags. I have grown bored of new cars in the last few years, maybe because of buying and selling so many but the new Mustang is awesome! Almost ordered one but came to my senses and got a VStrom instead, biking is much more fun...

I loved everything about the new ~Stang, not about to give up my PU truck and after all... a car is just a transportation device to use when dressed nice or carrying alot of stuff...
*BUT a Motorcycle is Devine!

I rented one for a business trip a month ago. Put about 800 miles on it in a day. It was the V6 version, but still not bad performance. Not great, but not bad. I think my wife's Accord performs and handles better (the honda also has a back seat). With the V8 I bet the Stange sreems though.
