For any of you other north Texas Strommers who might like to do an Iron Butt Association ride,I just wanted to let you know about this Saddle Sore 1000 that the Motorcycle Tourers Forum is sponsoring. I am the site coordinator and will answer any questions you might have about this. This is an entry level Iron Butt Association ride and is being organized for those riders that might be interested is attempting a ride like this. 18 bikes and 24 riders registered already. NO V-Stroms! I've done a couple of 1000 mile days on my Wee Strom. It is a fine bike for this.
