Sound Off Recreational are the makers of Vista Cruise Controls. www.soundoffrec.com I emailed them and asked if the make a throttle lock for the DL1000K7. Their prompt reply informed me that they were unaware if their product would fit the Strom. I was offered a free Universal Vista to try and fit to my new bike.
I spent some time on the weekend and fitted up the Universal Vista to the Strom. Had to move the brake lever clevis/mirror block sideways about 5mm. Apart from that all went well.
I tested it and am very happy with the result. I would recommend the product, the staff member "Doug" and the company to anyone who frequently rides long distances and requires a simple yet effective cruise control.
