I've started checking some of the Suzuki dealers within a 2-hour radius to see if any had a V-Strom I could look at (I've only ever seen pictures). Three I've contacted so far don't have any in stock. One said he's never sold one - never even seen one - but he would be willing to order one for me for $100 over dealer invoice. So, my question is, what *is* the dealer invoice price? It's easy to find this info on-line for cars, but I don't know of a place to look it up for motorcycles. Thanks for any input.

Are you sure? I saw a dealer selling a 2003 for $6999.

Here is a tip on Invoice pricing. There is usually 16% markup on street bikes.
