Being my first Strom gathering, what do they have planned?
Trying to get an idea of what to be prepared for.

Looking at the schedule I assume you will be splitting up into groups for the rides?

Yes.........the smaller the Group, the better really. Large groups of strangers can be a safety issue (not knowing the riding abilities/characteristics/traits of "new" friends, riding in semi-close formations). Todd (Fire Fox) can probably answer Group Ride questions better than I........or, look back on last year's Rally Thread and see who were leading groups and when. We plan on having "Group Ride Meetings" (and Sign-ups??) the night before the rides, if possible (i.e. the Players are present the night before). That's some of the logistics to work out the closer we get to May 15, or once we get there at Da Horse.

We will ultimately be staying in Cherokee for the evening but hopefully I can coordinate with one of you for sign-up.
Part of the deal if I want Tina to ride with me.

Sorry for the late posting but I just now found out you guys were getting revved up and taking a head count I do plan on attending some if not all of this event and will be commuting to and from my house in Hayesville. I am on call to travel to Little Rock for toddler sitting duties when my oldest daughter is again expecting. She should, however, already have delivered by then.

Like last year, I'll be honored to lead a more off road ride for any who might want a mild challenge. Story Teller and I had a great ride last year and saw some beautiful countryside that paved and "cadillac gravel" riders might never see

Also a big thanks to Mark444, Fire Fox and everyone else for organizing this wonderful event.

It will be my first time on these kind of rallies. Is it ok if I bring a BMW friend along? Problem is, he only has that bike . He's a great guy and I figure we need to take the high road. Does anybody have any objections? He'll be also camping. Not sure if you need to count him but JIC, his name is Mark
