Thought I'd post this up in the Events section in addition to where I posted in the Regional.

September 27th - 30th.

I'll be leaving Flagstaff the morning of the 27th to ride up to Montrose, CO.

Montrose will be the base for the weekend. I have plenty of open floor to sleep on and a few beds in Montrose. Anyone is welcome to stay at the house. Feel free to find a hotel if you'd prefer. I may be able to get discounts if anyone is interested in that route.

Thursday's intention will be to get to Montrose and relax.

Friday and Saturday I have a few different ideas for enjoyable routes to take in the Fall colors.

Another is taking the 90 out of Montrose to Naturita and looping back to Montrose on the 145/62. I haven't taken this route but I'd really love to check it out. I'm not sure of the road conditions other than they're dirt.

There are tons of options. I've taken Last Dollar road that shoots up over the mountains between Ridgway and Telluride on the Strom without issues. Dirt road, amazing scenery...

Sunday would be heading home. The route I'd like to take will be through Ouray and Silverton to Durango and then through Cortez.

Depending on how the rides go, how early we leave, I thought riding down to the Ouray Hot Springs would be fun one evening.

Saturday it looks like a group of ADV riders (a couple Stroms) coming from the other direction will be in Crested Butte, so the plan will be to do that loop in the map and meet them for lunch around 1pm Saturday.

Friday I'm thinking Telluride. Hit the brewery, mosey around town. Then head to the hot springs.

Sounds awesome, but can't make this one.

But, be on the lookout for a new orange Wee in FLG starting the end of Sept until Dec or so. Also, a white 29'er on the rack

More details please, you moving to Flagstaff the end of this month then moving somewhere else in Dec.?
