I assume you are talking about a wire. If so, I had no trouble running two wires from the battery to the front of the bike, by just removing the side panel on the tank. Easy

just zip tie the wire in a few places to be sure it won't chafe anywhere

I ran several wire bundles on my bike inside the left frame (clutch side for clarity), following the factory wire bundles. I used a flexible pick-up tool to fish through the parts you can't see (frame and gas tank), and grabbed a string, I pulled the string through then taped the string to the end of the wire and pulled that through. I fit several shielded wire harnesses like this.
Look inside the left front fairing behind and below the lights and you'll see a big wire harness there - just follow that.

Also done

Also ran a couple of wires front to battery area following the existing bundle. I twisted the 2 wires together, neater and will not hang up when pulling thru tight spots.
