This might only be my problem. I'm about 5'9 with barely a 30" inseam. Because of this I of course only use 1 foot at a stop, and typically I have to slide forward and to the left a bit to do so. So because of this, when I lift my foot, I probably don't always recenter myself properly. Now, it seems like the very best i try to center myself, I feel like the seat has my hips twisted down on the left side. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this.

It would take quite a bit of use to actually deform the foam that much I would think.
Pull your seat and check that all the black rubber bumper pads that hold the seat base off the frame are still in place. These are notorious for coming loose and could certainly cause the seat to lean slightly.

...and I was afraid this was going to be a political post!
I'd also suspect that it's probably an underneath bumper out of position (or missing), or the front hooks aren't in correctly, or something along those lines. Last edited by Blackheart; 12-26-2012 at 01:57 PM. Reason: spellin' |

I would check to see if all rubber stops on the underside of the pan are still there. They have been known to fall off. It happened to me.

My bike was missing two the first time I removed the seat when I got it home.
