Okay, so I'm guessing the lady kissing the fiat is some sort of wash or wax or something but what are the little white rectangles? The wash/wax was in the left & the rectangles were in the right. I've seen these in bags on other bikes on the showroom floor so I assume it's not just me. Anyway, what are the white rectangles?

Little white stickers are spacers to eliminate rattles. They are actually clear.

Rev up the bike and feel around the locks. The strategically stick them around to reduce vibrations.

I should clarify: vibrations on the panniers, not on the bike itself

Start on the lock clasps to make them snap closed tighter.

Aha! Thanks for the tip Mr. Pete. My latches are all really tight. Everything snaps closed securely and I don't detect any rattles.
Speaking of tight, I needed a screwdriver (with a t shirt wrapped around it) to open a bag yesterday. I could hear the air gasping in when I cracked it open. I'm pretty impressed with how toight like a toiger everything is...

Thanks for this info on what they are. I had them in my boxes and just set them aside. My boxes rattle like mad. I will be installing these strip on parts in the morning.

I wondered what they were also... But I sold my Trax boxes... I hope I left them in there for the new owner...
