It's not a lot of steam, but definitely noticeable and only seems to happen after being ridden in the rain. Anyone else have this?

It's typical the heat from the radiator would raise the dew point close to the surface and cause visible fog and mist in the area as the heated moist air expanded into surrounding colder air with a lower dew point. It isn't steam. Steam is invisible.

I think actually it's water vapor since, as Greywolf pointed out, steam is invisible.
