The stock Wee screen would bounce my head around. I have no trouble with the stock Glee screen. For long trips or cold weather though, I like a big screen. When touring, a Madstad combo goes on along with a Russell seat. Around town in weather above 50F, I prefer stock.

Really? Source of that info? While we are looking for that dyno info, how about torque?

Thanks for the input Guys , over here in Australia the Glee is around 11000 bux all on roads included then you loose at least 2000 bux once you ride it out the door .
I am gonna do the brake upgrade on the wee and I have already ordered the headlight relay loom from Eastern Beaver and maybe go an aftermarket exhaust I suppose if I do the upgrade I can use the bits off the wee on the Glee and sell the wee with all the stock components on her. I like the stock screen on the 2012, hated it on the earlier model.

I missed that before I saw it quoted. It's not a fact but an error. The Glee has slightly more horsepower and torque than the Wee. It also has a little better fuel economy but not enough to make up for the difference in tank size. Suzuki claims 10% better mileage but I get less than 5%.

Real-world bits of information like this are valuable to those of us with a low-mileage Wee, trying to decide whether to "upgrade" or not. Thanks.

I'm not noticing any mileage diff between the new and the old, but I don't track it closely. How far you go on a tank still depends almost entirely on your right wrist.

When I hear "glee", I'm waiting on the next word : "club". Maybe the "glee" owners here make up a glee club - I don't know... ![]() I'm not poking fun at those gifted in the music-making arena - in fact I really enjoy lots of different types of music. I'm just struggling with acceptance of associating that word with adventure-style motorcycles, and the type of guys and gals who ride them. |
