Thanks for the link and info graywolf. Maybe it is a combinatin of both. My wife and I both sat on two other new Glee's and we both felt the others sat taller. Maybe, and I haven't checked yet because of my work schedule this week, but the stock Glee may have been set up soft. The owners manual says the rear should be factory set at three. Will check on that.

Forget about factory settings. They are meaningless. Use the link I posted. The only way to set up preload is to get it so the load to be carried settles the suspension about 40mm from full extension. Do that. If the ride still isn't the way you like it, parts need to be added or replaced because preload setting changes won't help any more.
