Talking of Wee and, choke, Glee, what name do you have for your Strom? I thought I should have a name for my 650 but never could come up with something with a good sensible ring to it. Suggestions?

My 650 I call Suzi and my 1000 Desi.

Nicknames for posting ease on my part, Vee = all DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012+ DL650s

I have almost never been able to settle on vehicle names. There are four I did name, but thirty others never suggested anything.

My first VStrom was named "Little Miss Magic", felt like she took me through the turns, it was like magic.

Then my second Vstrom was silver, and as I rode it, "Sargent Pepper" came to mind, it seemed to fit.

I think it's a bonding thing.

I only name mine when they crap out. Then they are all called POS!
Almost as silly as referring to it as he or she. It's a chunk of metal!
