here's some pics of the white wee w/ the decals from sunny Barksdale AFB... lots of B52s here





glad to have my son's good eyes and steady hand...

and the final results with "adventure" part of the decal cut and pasted on the rear/side covers. we also decided pretty quick that the "S" on the tank had to go. i think it looks awesome - clean with good contrast - yet utility'ish. also - my son talked me into wrapping the front exhaust pipe with some extra high temp wrap he had in his parts stock. i really like that added performance look too.

thank you sir... after this trip i think i will be qualified to start making some minor ergo adjustments. however - out of the box - the bike is as good a traveller as any large bike i've ever owned.

Where do you get those stickers?

What you did is almost what I envisioned - The only difference I don't like the little 'strom' and would cut it.
But otherwise this setting is exactly what I want to do - it is minimalist, clean and has a 'ready to use' look. Your bike looks like a military designed vehicle.
The only thing almost shouting to be put on the side in is your code name - e.g. Like 'Maverick' and 'Iceman' on the F14..

I too hate chrome and all non-functional/flashing colors - how hard was it to get the Suzuki S medallion off? Could you describe what process did you and your son use to get it off?

If anybody from Suzuki designers is reading this thread: (IMO)

Also did you notice how similar the German decals are to the US military font?
Which makes me think of a creative idea...hmm..perhaps we can ask the Graphics Designer who did the German Decals to consider a US Military version..also one that includes a personal Code name..That you be very cool, patriotic and give him lots of work.
