ECU Replacement, Anyone have it done?

Ok troopers here is what has been on my mind the past 6 months,

I have been having issues with my bike stalling for the past 2 years, it was a bit sporadic at first but now it seems to have gotten worse. I took it to the dealer a year ago and they just say that its hard to duplicate yada yada, never heard of this issue. So here I am, writing this rant with a month left in my 2 year warranty with a bike that I will have a hell of a time selling and is borderline dangerous to ride at slow speeds.
So today my frustrated self starts researching and I was shocked! Not only have there been many widespread issues through the early 2014's but it sounds like the dealers have been replacing a few! Why would they admit to this yet not release a service bulletin at the very least? I have e-mailed Suzuki directly to see what they will do for me, if they still refuse to deny this issue exist then the rest of the people online are writing fairy tales....:rolleyes5:

So I know there have been a few others on this forum with this issue, have you been able to find a fix? Let me know, I am trying to compile as much as I can to show Suzuki.

Here is a sample of what I have found:

I have mine replaced. Bike manufactured March 2014, purchased September 2014. Old ECU part number was terminating with "...00", new ECU part number terminating with "...02", installed in October 2015.
Before new ECU, as I was suffering from the problem, I had X-TRE installed and it took care of 90% of the problem.

Early 2014 Canadian model here; luckily I've had no problems.
The fuelling is a little sensitive in low gears at low revs and can cause the engine to stall if not handled with some 'clutch-finesse', but I have owned other bikes that behaved similarly.
I can see how it could be irritating – or downright dangerous – if it were any worse.

Wow, there's only about 3 that I'm aware of here in Oz. That 64 I quoted was around 2 months ago so the number has obviously inflated since then. I wonder if there is a mapping difference between zones?

I had a few stalling issues but not to bad and after I fitted a x-tre and g2 tamer the bike was alot better but I heard about the new ecu and wanted one so I wrote to suzuki uk and said I thought the bike was unsafe and could stall at anytime and I had a new ecu in a week. I was the first one my dealer had done not sure if he's done more now though.

I still waiting on Suzuki service canada ...

The Suzuki service canada is supposed to speak french ( so I email in french for my complaint to explain the entire problem correctly) but if I don't receive answer tomorrow I will try in english ...

Things might be different here in the uk but I didn't email, I wrote a letter saying I thought the bike was unsafe with the stalling and an accident waiting to happen. I'd a phone call and a letter within the week. After a week at the dealers for tests, throttle body balance etc a new ecu In a few more days. So my advice is write to them, I even enclosed an sae for a reply, they had no excuse!
