Last time I looked at the cush rubbers, they seemed nice and snug. Probably worth considering, though.

What does TRE stand for?

Just try and get used to the throttle response, the PCIII doesn't fix that.

I think that's the way to go. As much as I like checking out new goodies, $300 is kind of much if it's not really a true fix. I can ride it with joy as is, though I'm always seeking perfection I suppose (a personal demon I've battled for years ).
