Question stock suspension setup

Tips and Suggestions: I have a 2007 V-Strom 1000 and want to set-up/understand my stock suspension better. Any directions thoughts and guidelines are welcome. Are there ranges for different uses track/touring/two-up? Thanks in advance. How about that 2008 Vintage Days WOW!! I will upload some pics. Happy Riding!!

Default I'm interested myself

Anyone able to post a previous post if it has already been said?

If not, I'd be interested myself on how to dial the stock suspension on the Vstrom.

There's really not a lot you can do with the stock suspension bits. The fork springs are too soft and the rear shock is marginal when new and gets worse with mileage.
Set the total sag to 40mm front and 35mm rear, turn the rebound damper screw on the shock all the way in see how that works for you.
