Hey my Canadian brothers,

I've got a question that you can answer for me. I've seen a number of Newfoundlanders photo's and his Wee (Canadian model) is almost the exact same color (in photo's) as the 06 Vee in Sonoma Candy Red (or whatever the BS name is). Can any of you verify this for certain?

Here's the reason I ask. I would like to see if the Wee side panels will bolt up on the 1K. I know it won't make the bolt holes in the radiator, but if all the others are in the same place I would not mind a bit about the low ones. The shorter Wee panels would mean that the Givi crash bars wouldn't get in the way during maintenance, and cleaning, and photo shoots, and more cleaning, and...err...I digress.

Any help you guy's north of the border can offer would be appreciated, eh! (you hosers!)

Not the same colour MS. You'd also lose the vent peices at the bottom of each panel. If it's the TBS your concerned about, try the 90 degree angle hex driver that Mort and som others use. I picked one up and you can do a full TBS just by taking off the banana shaped side panel. The tool goes right in under the Givi bar, and the bar offers a place to steady the driver. Makes it a 10 minute job.

Or unless this is your diabolical plan to get into a Wee, 1 piece at a time!

Dang, I was hoping they were the same color. I personally like the change that Suzuki made with the Wee's side panels. And living here in SoCal a little extra air can't hurt. Oh well, maybe I find some on EBay and paint everything with that Rhino liner stuff. Go all Mad Max 'n' shit!
