Default The others

The thought of another brand did cross my mind but i had a great time with the Vee and trouble free. The cost also played a part and there's no denieing the Storm is value for money. It fits my needs and wants to a T.

Cheers

"It fits my needs and wants to a T."

... and that's why we all buy a particular kind of bike Vman!

BTW if you traded the Thou did you do it with those lovely Two Brothers pipes, or did you, by chance, put back the original pipes and keep the good ones for a private sale at a later date?

I have a Thou cryin out for Two Brothers...

Dean

Default An update

Well the bike is now 12 days old and has almost 3500k's on it
It is covered in mud, dust and assorted bug guts and i'm lovin it.
Its not a vee but it certainly is more than capable of doing everything I need, its more relaxing to ride and is easier to handle on the dirt.
Apart from getting use to the higher revs when cruising its been a great move for me.

Cheers vman

Yep having a ball you should be here, stinking hot at 34C today and no rain in sight but thought Tassie would be cooler..

Default Re new Wee

Hi, and well done on new wee. As a new owner myself I'm Interested myself in your new givi screen. Is it wider than the stock model and does it help with the buffeting.?
Cheers

Ok I'll post for him because he is in Tassie and I asked him tonight. It works so good he is looking for an ashtray for a motorcycle..... It works because it was design so, in a wind tunnel. At the most silly speed of 200K you can have your flip top up and the key fob just lays there and won't move. Buffeting... just what are you talking about, you can hear the valves tapping and the Bell birds going swswswsit.

G'day Brookse, Don't know about the standard screen at all as the bike never had it fitted when I picked it up. It is wider than the standard screen and can also be set higher or lower.
Gotawee has one now and often rides with her visor up now as she gets no direct air blowing into her face.

Cheers vman
