Tried to order a Abs switch from EB and the shipping was like $ 800 for a small bit of wire .? Has enemy body got stuff from there befor and how !

I have bought heaps of stuff from him, with quite reasonable shipping costs.

There is something wrong there. Whenever I have purchased things the freight has been very reasonable it's coming from Japan not the USA.
Send and email as suggested.

BTW. I just put an ABS switch in my basket and the freight was $7.95

Minimum order is $20 , he does that to discourage stupidity. Just pack it out with Posi-lock connectors or the plastic panel connectors.

Note, you need the wiring PLUS a 15A switch (not that easy to find), which comes to $30 something anyway.

I haven't done so, but is the light wiring loom a suggested item via the forum-I have seen some nasty consequences re pics,and which item do I need to order for a 08-thanks in advance.

See VStrom for the headlight relay kit. The high shipping cost only shows up if the minimum order is not met.

I just ordered my PC-8, headlight relays and some Posilocks from EB today Tue 08JAN13, so will let you know when they arrive to give you an idea of delivery time, expecting it to be a bit slower after the Silly Season.

Delivery depends on what Jim is doing and what he has made up. If he is around and the stuff is available you will have it within a week. If he is busy or out of stock of something he needs to make up a part then it will take as long as it takes. He has always sent emails confirming dispatch when I have purchased so until you get an email assume that nothing has happened at his end.

And today, just one week from ordering, it all arrived at home in Inner West, Sydney. Am one happy camper.
