Are we having a meet n greet on friday night

Friday night sounds good to me, the universal joint bar at Archers Manor may be the way to go as there will not be a huge distance to stumble home. it is also not that far from the centre of town for those who are staying elsewhere. I am planning a day ride on the Saturday for anyone that wants a leisurely cruise around the northern part of the state and will also arrange some experienced "adventure" rider to lead a trip on the rough stuff if there is enough interest. I am taking annual leave either the week before or the week after depending on how people have structured their visit and if they want a guided tour or three.
