I will try to make it to Urbenville. Have any of you guys just taken the screen off the strom to rid it of the terrible buffeting?

Also would the guy on the blue Wee that travels the bruce highway every morning southbound be on here? I pass you every morning.

I'll bring one of my 10c buffeting fixers with me. (If I remember).

Ugly, but it worked fine on my K6 for years.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the the new bike
You will find there are a number of things you can do to remedy the buffeting and if you do a search on the forum you will find heaps of help
If you make it to the xmas get together you will find a great bunch of people who are all too willing to help a fellow strommer

Well, just got to work after a 70k commute at highway speeds and I can say riding without the screen makes it feel like a whole new bike!

Now all I need to do is find a way to pretty up where the bracket goes. Its pretty ugly as is.

Welcome to Stromtroopers. All you mite need to do is to lift
your screen a notch. Thats all I did, and that stoped the
bufeting for me. Hope to meet you at Urbenville.
