Glad everyone is ok, sounds like it could have been a different story. Sorry to her bout the cars, Don but they can be fixed. I'm sure there would be no chance the Cobra would get hail damage.
When does the FOOTY start

Thanks for the replies guys
Sorry about your cars Don least you weren't driving in it. They say we will get more of the same this summer ![]() We didn't realise there was another front coming through until we were on the Warrago heading home and saw it. If we had got caught on the bikes it would have been messy to say the least, and Sparkles just had her 18000km service on Friday + tyres big $$$$ so I'm glad we got home in time. My guardian bells were looking after me. Hope no one from the forum did get caught in it. We will see what Thursday brings Baton down the hatches everyone. I rode thru the storm that hit brissy saturday morning, was out near Milmerran about 8.00am but wasn't as severe then by the sound of it, even tho it was a spectacular lightning show heading into it. I was well and truly soaked, but dry by the time I hit Goondiwindi an hour so later.
Cheers brian |

I have never been a man who has dived under a table. Saturday at work 5 tough as nails construction men did. It was not funny we thought the crib room was going to blow over. Certainly the fluro lights did fall, the windows broke and the wind ripped the door off the hinges at Upper Kedron. To be caught out in that on a bike, walking or just out in the open would be a reason to find religion. Glad you made it home V man and Got new tyres. I was scared, really frigging scared
