Hi guys just recently picked up my 08 wee havent had a chance to fit any crash bars or bash plates yet, it is fitted with tourances so i'm sure good dirt roads woudnt be an issue but also happy to stick with the black top , not really sure where but i thought we could meet for a brew at BP northbound Burpengary at 8 30am on Sunday the 11th of November and see what we can come up with . Let me know what you think.

PS I forgot to ad an all day ride is fine with me.

Amazing isn't it?

We've had a total of 27mm of rain in Brisbane in the past three months and then on the weekend of your ride and the Australia/ South Africa cricket test we get Fri and Sat rain, 36mm at my place so far, enough to ruin the test and your ride plans.
BOM anticipates the rain will clear this afternoon (Sunday) and it will remain fine until Friday, just in time to stuff my Cobra plans for next Saturday. At least I backed Green Moon in the Cup... won enough to pay for an oil change and filter.

Rain, what rain ?

Was riding here Saturday and went out again today. It's a bit windy and there are occasional showers, but it's all 'I'll be dry again in another five minutes' stuff. Not even worth putting the rain gear on for.

Yea Pete you wouldnt beleive it theres blue sky all over here now just real windy so it will dry out nice and quick , theres allways another weekend.
