Hi V stromers 650,

I am Graeme Gould, live up Byron Bay way and have just bought the new 2nd hand 2009 V Strom 650.

I have been cruising ebay and bikesales for a few months looking and comparing bikes. "my bike" is down at Melbourne. I will go down next week and ride it home, a 3 day trip for me....make a little holiday of it. I will ride up the Vic and NSW coast.

I am 68 years of age and presently own a Kawasaki ZR 750 a great bike taking me around Oz including Tassie....I will hang onto ZR for awhile.

I do all my own maintenance and belong to the US based ZR forum having over 5000 posts, so will like to be active here as well, in my own way.

I am looking for a centrestand if anyone has one excess to your needs.

I don't do off road intentionally, but did ride to the Birdsville races and got flooded in there, but that's another story.

Happy Trails in USA have a centrestand for about $132 not sure on postage tho

I might see you around I go down to the farmers market on Thursdays also to buy those great pot bellys pies at their pie shop. If you haven't tried one you don't know what your missing. Yes I have had those Pot Belly pies, they are a real meat pie, they are baked at Yamba some 50 kms South of here.... a bit of useless trivia.
