Reminder of some details.

It's on this coming wkend, Sat-Sun, Dec 8-9. See first post of this thread for link to map and Brett's address etc. We are camping at Brett's place.

Dinner will be at the nearby Urbenville Pub (7 kms). See first post for menu.
We can use Daryl's (publican) van to taxi back 'n forth. Late night bon-fire at Brett's.

Sunday breakfast BBQ, $5 per person. Paper plates, cups, plastic cutlery will be provided.

Fuel up bikes at either Woodenbong or Urbenville and grab ice before arriving at the property. QLD'ers will lose an hour crossing the border (NSW on daylight saving time).

Hope this is not a silly question....when you say get some ice before going out to property, does that include drinks too? Just gotta figure out how I'm gunna do this on the bike without smashing anything

As I will be staying at the pub, i'll have to miss out on the bonfire gig

Oh well...

Might book in for 2 nites yet and start wandering back on monday.

Yes Dave Drinks as well as ice even if you bring a collapasble esky or one of those cooler bags.

Dave when did you say you will be set up at the pub, we could arrange a pick up from the pub and you could come out to the farm for a few drinks prior to the dinner and go back in on the bus.

Best you be at the pub set up and ready to come out to the farm about 2:30pm NSW time.

The new 2nd hand DL650 is loaded up with the camping gear...a temporary arrangement.

Should be there about 3pm local time. I'm riding from Byron

Look for me on a 09 White V Strom. I'll be wanting to look at all your bikes, so be ready for my questions.

Sorry, but I've never enjoyed riding dirt with a load of camping gear on the bike, and it's going to be too hot for me to willingly spend 5 hours riding. Mid-winter, without so much crap on the bike - a great ride

If it's still in the high 30's, I'll slab up (very) early via Rathdownie/Woodenbong and take my chances with the wildlife, cooled off a bit I'll leave later.
