I called the honda shop that works on my v-strom, their answer was " sorry we don't work on bikes more than 10 years old", so no help there.

I'm trying to get an idea of what may be bad by the symptoms, If the bike is sitting stationary the brake feels firm, I even zip tied the lever over night and in the morning it hadn't moved and the brake lever still felt firm. But the second I ride more than 10 feet when I apply the brakes the lever just comes all the way in. So I'm assuming air must be entering the system, and it must some how be related to the front wheel moving. could a bad piston seal cause this?
