The rashed plastics are always going to look rashed. Your choice is to live with it, or replace them. They won't be fixed to look new, but the bedliner spray is a neat idea. You might be able to bend the brake pedal back, or you might snap it in the process. On principle, I wouldn't even try to bend handlebars. Crash bars can be painted, use a satin black rattle can they'll look great, but as I found out this week after my little crash, generally cannot be successfully bent back off the tank (I ordered a new set of eBay for less than what I paid the first time).
