    Hi Steve,
Sorry that you won't be able to make it, was looking forward to catching up with you. I will be in Lamoine ME on that date. My wife and I have rented a cottage for the week. Let me know when you're on the way back and we can meet up for lunch somewhere. Are you heading up route#1 or taking the turnpike and the airline? Shoot me an Email, I never notice these messages on here. wjwoods01@gmail.com

    Hi Steve,
Haven't been checking messages for a long time, sorry.
I'm looking forward to hear you play.
I can bring my harmonica. Maybe we can jam a bit together.

    Hi Steve,
I read that article also. The town we're looking at is called Mount Dora. It's the highest elevation in Florida I believe, at 184 feet. I put my bike away on Saturday. There's too much black ice in the shadows on the roads around here. I just reserved a campsite on Deer Island in NB for the 4th of July weekend. The fireworks in Eastport are the best in Maine. I'll probably catch the ferry in Campobello. Check it out. The Yamy sounds like a fun winter ride.

    Hey Steve,
How's your Fall going? Hope you've had some good rides since I saw you last. I had the new Battle Wings put on today and I think that I'm going to like them. The fellow that works on my bike mentioned that I should look into new sprockets and a chain soon. I just passed 22,000 miles. I thought that I recalled you having to replace yours this summer and was wondering what you used? The taillight blub is fantastic, thanks, I've turned several people on to them.

Steve, I got the cover today, thank you so much, I've been looking all over for it and even looked into a replacement. I assume that I lost it at the bakery where I almost left my jacket. It was great to sit around and chat for a bit. You were going to send the info for the modulating brake light blubs. Guess I'm not the only forget one in the group. Thanks again, Bill

Hey Steve! You wrote this last year in reference to the Mohawk camping/riding weekend: "Thanks also for turning me on to this treasure less than 1/2 hour ride from my house. There's magic in that old growth forest. " Do you know if THAT is where the Peace Trees are? I read about them somewhere...I believe they are a grove of ancient trees where Original Peoples gathered (from enemy tribes) and considered it a sacred and neutral area. I've asked a few Native American acquaintances over the years about it but continue to come up empty-handed.

Also, while I'm thinking of it....being that you work with stone...do YOU know where the Burnt Hill site is in Heath?

    Steve,
Happy to hear that someone is riding. The roads around here are narrow and shaded so they don't thaw out much during the day and they've put a ton of salt and sand down. If I had a garage that I could wash the bike off in I would probably chance it. Most of the snow has either melted or washed away in the last two weeks, bit of a thaw here. Enjoy your ride.

Hi Steve. This is just a bare custom printed circuit board, measuring about 2.5 inches by 4.2 inches and about 1.5 mm thick. You have to buy many components to produce the Stromputer; about another $30 or $40 worth or so, then solder them to the board, and mount the board in an enclosure. This printed circuit board makes it easier, since it was designed specifically for the Stromputer. About 100 of them were made and sold to members of the Stromtrooper forum. There is a Bill of Materials list on the thread where you saw my message. You really need to read the entire thread, as it answers all the questions.

    Hi Steve,
I just got the regular Rox Risers, not the anti-vibe. They made a big difference to me, they are an inch up and an inch back on mine, but you can rotate them to your liking.. I didn't have any problem with cables or wires, but my front end is lowered about 7/8" by raising the forks in the triple tree. I don't know what or if that makes a difference........If you decide to get them I think you'll like them. Good luck. Dick

I got a Gerbing's jacket liner, Warm & Safe gloves and a wireless Heat-troller dual thermostat thingie to control the temps independently in the jacket and the gloves. FYI: There's only ONE wire that I have to plug in between me and the bike.

    Hi Steve,
It would be great if you can make it. It's not far from where we were a couple weeks ago...I'm going to be out of town for the next couple weeks, if you can make it go to motocampers.com and just let them know so you can have lobster....If you don't care about the lobster you can just show up. This should be a fun weekend with some good guys. I hope you can be there............Dick

    Hi Steve,
sorry to hear that you won't make the rally.

I'll be happy to assist you build a Stromputer V3, but I do not have plans to build it for anybody.
It is a DYI project, and I promise you that anybody can build it.
