Someone around here's got to have spare mirrors and handlebars. Everyone's always changing those. Put up a wanted ad.

Have you priced out the plastics? They're not as expensive as you might think.

Fork tube sucks. No way around that.

The rear frame shouldn't be much of an issue. It's straight tube and should be easy to straighten. No compound bends or anything. Even then, it doesn't have to be 100% perfectly straight to be functional. Where you'll see it is in the rear fender.
