    Bass:

I think I could make the LEG16 act as a 6th gear position with just a few lines of code.

If you mail me your PICAXE with a new envelope with postage to mail it back to you I will reprogram it for this feature. If it all goes right, you will not lose any current features; just gain the 6th gear LED feature.

There is a small (very small) risk that I will "F" something up because I don't have a way to test the code in the real world. But, the change is so minor I don't think I would be that stupid. (By I am often more stupid that I think I can be )

Let me know if you want to give it a try.

good point! they are little barkers...and the buffeting is something i've come to embrace...

i didn't hear about that? glad you held onto Mac...idk that i could ever sell a dog to any country over there...

so you guys breed them then? we've thought about doing it in the future, but we would have a hard time selling them...

Me neither. Well maybe some barking and a little wind buffeting. Hear that thing on NPR this morning about the food dog industry in Thailand ?
My wife was offered to sell one of her champions (yep, my life is like Best in Show) to Korea several years ago. I asked her if they were going to eat a 2500 dollar dog. Someow she didn't see the humor. Anyway, Mac still resides in Callaway, Va.
