Hi Yuval! Hope your whole family is safe and healthy.

I checked one of the links in your signature (the stromtrooper wiki) and it appears to have expired a couple of years ago.

Hi Yuval, hope all is well. I haven't made a reservation for a tent site yet. How can I make one?

Hey there Yuval, just want to reach out and say hello. Not sure you remember me from past NEVA events. I made up the reflective STROMTROOPER patches. Anyway, I wanted to pass on my congrats on your article in ROAD RUNNER Feb 16. I was pleasantly surprised to come across your Project Bike article in the magazine I received from my nieces for Christmas.
Until our paths cross again, keep the shiny side up.

    Nice choice on the 800XCx

    Hello Yuval!
Sorry not to connect with you at NEVA!
I just replied to a message from Rebornrider (Gary) who organizes the Mohawk Trail Campout, asking me to bring my fiddle to next June's event, to which I replied, "sure!"
I also brought it to NEVA, but the mood was already a bit rowdy when I got to the camp fire and there might have been a radio playing...so I kept it cased.
Anyway, I'm attempting to entice you to come back to Mohawk in the Spring. I be playin' Laddie!
    All the best,
    Steve

Hey , Yuval , Alex here . How is your tank bag latch repair holding up ?
I heard a rumour that you may be riding something other than a Strom - any truth ?
Neva won't be the same without you - I want to ride in your group !

I will have an extra PCB board if you need it (I ordered 2 so that I'd have a spare).

Wow - I didn't realize the extraordinary amount of work that you put into this project until I started to read your code. It's humorous to compare the stripped down version that I wrote with your work. (sure shows the difference of comparing a rookie with a pro).

Thank you for all that work.

Thanks for your time on everything. Just a thought. What do you think about a late spring/early NEVA trip. Low key, minimal time/effort put in for those who just want to ride? Anywhere would be fine with me. I was thinking about West Virginia, in fact there is a trip to Romney W.V. in May. What do you think about a loosely formed NEVA trip in Spring/Early Summer.

Hi BigMan, It looks like there is an error in the v2 schematic on the Stromputer wiki. The .pdf version is okay, but the other one has the gear position indicator feeding into the CDS. Thanks for all your work on this.

I just posted regrets at not making the trip to the North Pole meet-up. I also asked that if you had a V-3 ready to go for this meeting, that I would be interested in buying it. Obviously, you can disregard that request. Coming from a BMW K bike with gear position indicator, I was missing that on my new bike. Since then, I've gotten more used to knowing via the tach, which gear I'm in. I AM still interested in the unit, as would like to know the temp. and volts, as well as gear I'm in, at-a-glance.
Might you be inclined to come to the meet-up at the Mohawk Trail State Forest in mid-June? .....
    The shirt rocks!

Thanks for the reply. My Beemer Buddy is so quiet, it's hard to get him to say hello, let alone brag about the "uber-mottorad". See you in the summer.

Hey....Will be at the NE rally with Newhoco (Alex....was there last year) and really looking forward to the event & ride.

Is this a "closed invitition", or does the group allow "wanna-be's" ? I go to the annual BMW rally's with a Beemer Buddy, and am wondering if Beemer's are welcome ?

Thanks....looking forward to meeting all of you.

    Big:

Have you invested in a Raspberry PI? I think you said you are more of a SW guy. The PI will blow you away as far as cost/performance. I was very please.

Put this project together pretty quickly: WhiskeyTangoHotel.Com

Glad to see the PCB count is going to hit 100. Good luck!

I would ALSO like to order a BLACK, size XL "Sons of Practicality" shirt. Let me know how to pay you (PayPal, or a person check -- issued by my "Minister of Finance") and I'll send along my snail-mail address. I won't be able to make the NE rally/ride this year, either, due to a work commitment. Thanks for doing this!
