Over in Sugarhouse. I've only lived here for a year, and in Utah for 2 years.

The west side by the Capital has cleaned up really nice. I was in that area for a short time, a friend of mine lived there. I don't see much of druggies anymore.
Myself, been in the sugarhouse area for the past 13 years.
The wife and I like Big Cottonwood Canyon, we'll do brunch / lunch once in a while, she's not ready for gaurdgsman pass yet that goes to Heber.
So you managed a restaurant, any kitchen skills? I'm the Sous Chef at the Salt Palace for a Catering Company.

Good afternoon , whalebone. ME? I grew up in Europe, California, now Utah for 14 years. I'm in SLC, love riding the Wasatch Mountains, I've posted some rides and maps I've done with friends and my Wife. The wife has her own bike, Versys 650, her skills are still being developed. I'm hoping to trailer the bikes to Moab this fall, the wife and I would do a little riding then, Red Cliff Lodge is just beautiful. Utah is beautiful.

I downloaded the '04 manual for free (try google or I have it if you want). I bought the '09 manual and see only a few differences. Suzuki has not yet changed the info from the '04 manual, just added addendums for each year. I live in Arlington, WA, let me know how I can help. lairdfree@gmail.com

Just noticed you have a DL1000, I have the '02 manual for the DL1000 as .pdf if you want (free online)

    Whalebone,
I've lived in West Jordan for about 11 years, I grew up in Sandy, Utah. Utah is a great place as I'm sure you know. The weather is always unpredictable, if you don't like it today it will probably be different tomorrow. If the weather cooperates myself and a couple other Stromtroopers will be riding to Moab this weekend and through western Colorado and then home. Has the rainy season started yet in Seattle?
