I use a hammer and brass drift to remove. Warm the hub first.
To install, I freeze the bearings overnight and warm the hub prior to installation with a correct size socket and a pine block and hammer. Put the frozen bearings into the warmed hub. It goes so easily , you'll want to have sex afterwards. Use that lock lubricant to avoid nasty friction burns.
