Hey Don, let me know if you get this...the site is acting strange lately, or its my ad blocker.
You probably should respond on the Rally thread.
Anyway my address is 3648 Hawk Nest Circle, West Valley City, 84120

Do you or Sharky have any dietary requirements or restrictions?

I might not be able to get a new rear tire until Wednesday, or Thursday... dang it all! If that is the case I'll just follow you guys to Torrey as soon as I can.

    Hi Don,
Been out of town for a month, and it's been much longer since weve talked !!
How are you ? I've been doing some short rides weather permitting. I'm looking forward to the next stash ride at the Fort ( I have to look up the date etc )

    Hello again Don,
I did receive your response and have replied back to you a couple of times so this email might be redundant. Thank you for your quick response. I have read allot of different approaches to changing the fork oil and will be doing it the way you have suggested.

Is there any reason to remove the dampener rod to get all of the oil out?

Also, thank you for the offer to help me adjust the valves in Feb. I would like to get back to you in a couple of weeks if that is alright once my schedule is a bit more fixed.

Hopefully one of these post reach you.

    Happy New Year Don,
Hope this mild winter is treating you well.We have attempted to ski at White Pass and if it were not for the man made snow the area would be closed. It has been awhile since we have had a low snow year so I guess it should not come as a surprise.

Now for a couple of questions if you are willing.

I remember you told me that you change the oil in your forks every year. Since owning my bike I have never done this so it is time. When you do yours do you take off the forks or do you just drain them from the bottom of the forks? And I believe you said that you rinse them out with paint thinner, correct.

I am planning to attend the Motorcycle show in Feb. with Rick, so maybe I will run into you there.

    Thank you

    Hello Don
I hope you are keeping warm and dry the next couple of days. It looks like we are in for some snow.
I am doing some work on the bike and was researching a tool tube. I originally thought I would build one but haven't come up with any material that suits me. What is the brand of the one you have and do you know any other options? I finally got my pannier frame on and it feels a lot more secure than I expected. Maybe we can get in another ride when the weather clears a little.

Hello Don, Jim Vincent here. I ran into you today at Taco Bell and just wanted to say hi again. Beautiful bike (my buddy Lane kept reminding me of how clean it was vs mine), and since I'm coming up on my 2nd full month owning it, I better get to work acleanin'.

Best toyou, and if you think about it, check in with me before the next ride and I'll try to make it!
