I took a string and marked out a radius line about 3 inches shorter than stock and then cut with a jigsaw. I used masking tape to keep edges clean while cutting then sanded it all down. The backside was painted black to keep the thing easy to clean. It works well for around town but highway speeds it dumps alot of wind at my neck height (I am 5'10 or so)

Good morning. I happened apon you photo of your 12 Wee with the cut down windshield. I have been wanting to buy a windshield just like that but have been unable to find a short one. Could you tell me how you cut it? Maybe send me a photo or two? My biggest thing for wanting to do this is the buffeting. I am also going to change my mirrors. Any info would be great! I think it looks great on your bike!!! Thanks
